• We will ask you questions on safeguarding during the interview process and the answers to these questions will help us to make decisions.

• Our safeguarding policies and procedures will be shared with you during your induction period and regularly there on after. We also provide regular safeguarding training and updates.

• Application forms must be completed in full. Please ensure all gaps in history have been explained.

• References will be sought for each role.

• Online searches may be done as part of due diligence checks for shortlist candidates.
